We discussed the role of digital media in attracting potential employees, focusing on the challenges companies face in finding and retaining the right talent. Key topics included employee ambassadorship on LinkedIn, company experiences in this area, and how executive personal branding can positively influence potential employees' perceptions.
We also touched on the issue of "vanity metrics" on LinkedIn, such as likes and comments, and questioned their real significance in a business context. The exchange of ideas and experiences was inspiring and raised important points about communication and talent acquisition strategies.
